This cooperation brings a new interpretation of French gastronomy high above the clouds and offers passengers on selected long-haul flights from Hong Kong an exclusive menu.

A tasteful alliance between tradition and innovation

By continually refining its culinary offering, Cathay Pacific is always engaging partners who share a passion for exquisite food and attention to detail. With Louise on board, they are adding another high-calibre catering partner to their ranks and expanding the range with 16 French classics that have been reissued to pamper the palates of their First and Business Class customers.

Refinement of the flight experience through culinary expertise

Vivian Lo, General Manager Customer Experience and Design at Cathay Pacific, explains the intention behind this partnership: “Our partnership with JIA began with the collaboration with Duddell’s, and we have been impressed by the impeccable quality, enthusiasm and professionalism of the team. We are delighted to be working with Louise to create a bespoke menu that showcases the craftsmanship and ingenuity of Cathay Pacific and Louise.”

Lo adds: “Our goal for this collaboration is to strengthen the onboard dining experience and our reputation for culinary creativity and excellence, while strengthening our connection to the local community. By sharing ideas and expertise with the team at Louise, we hope to inspire and challenge ourselves to continue to drive and increase innovation in our food and beverage offerings. We are motivated to collaborate with even more talented and passionate restaurant partners in the future and will continue to work together to delight our customers and promote our hometown’s vibrant and diverse culinary scene.”

Yenn Wong, Chief Executive Officer of JIA Group, emphasises the importance of the renewed cooperation: “Following our successful collaboration with Duddell’s, we are delighted to continue our partnership with Cathay Pacific to bring the beloved flavours of Louise to the skies all year round. Louise delights local foodies, and now we are embarking on an exciting journey to bring our traditional French delicacies, reinterpreted, to passengers worldwide together with the Cathay team.
