The timeless pleasure goes back to the culinary visionary Fritz Eichbauer, who brought haute cuisine and the French attitude to life to Munich and Germany 50 years ago. In 2006, his son Felix Eichbauer took over the management of the Schwabing gourmet icon together with his wife Sabine.

As part of the just-launched Dîner au Passe, Chef Benjamin Chmura and Chef-Pâtissier Maxime Rebmann will be serving gourmets their latest culinary highlights. The sommelier team will put together the appropriate wine accompaniment from the exquisite wine cellar.
Behind the scenes insight and exclusive equipment
Guests will receive a behind-the-scenes tour and experience the Tantris bar, Tantris DNA, Tantris restaurant and wine cellar. The table is set for a maximum of six guests and with the finest porcelain from the Munich porcelain manufacturer Nymphenburg.

The exclusive experience is rounded off with cocktails from the Tantris bar and delicious desserts. The Dîner au Passe promises an evening full of highlights – the entire Tantris team is looking forward to surprising and spoiling its guests!
The Dîner au Passe can be booked for four to a maximum of six people. The price is 750 euros per person, including wine accompaniment. On request, a wine accompaniment with rarities from the legendary wine cellar can be added. The exclusive Dîner au Passe takes place every Wednesday and Thursday evening.
