Treat yourself to unforgettable culinary experiences under the alpine sun at TOP Hotel Hochgurgl. From outstanding Tyrolean specialties on the sun terrace for lunch, to traditional fondue in the cozy Murmelstube or an exclusive four-course menu with matching wine accompaniment in the evening – here every guest will find what he or she desires. The kitchen team, consisting of the experienced chefs Max Gruner and Markus Hädrich, focuses on regional ingredients and modern taste. Look forward to modern interpretations of local dishes, such as goat cheese from Obergurgl or fish from the nearby village of Längenfeld. The daily changing four-course menu in the restaurant is already included in the price of half board. The Murmelstube also offers the possibility to enjoy the traditional fondue in meat or cheese variant.

Experience relaxing moments on the sun terrace, accompanied by live DJs and a look into the kitchen during the preparation of the tartar. In the evening, the restaurant becomes the stage for a flambéed crêpe suzette. Hotel director Martin Kuprian, experienced sommelier, will personally recommend the right wine accompaniment for your dinner. Choose from a selection of more than 500 fine wines available in one of the highest wine cellars in the Alps.

At the TOP Hotel Hochgurgl, guests can expect the highest form of Tyrolean hospitality, and not only because of its exclusive location at 2,150 meters above sea level and with ski slopes right outside the hotel door. During the day, winter sports fans explore Austria’s highest and most snow-sure non-glacier ski area and relax in one of the rooms and suites in noble Tyrolean style. The highlight is the completely new Emperor Suite with two bedrooms, spacious living area with panoramic mountain view as well as private sauna and pool.
