Croatia, Falkensteiner Hotel: In the picturesque region of Punta Skala, the latest project of the Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group (FMTG) is about to open. This summer, guests will have the opportunity to spend their vacation in one of the five brand new luxury villas. The luxury villas extend over 200 square meters and feature a private Mediterranean garden, a heated swimming pool and a personal host available to guests at all times. The modern design, developed by Labvert Architecture & Design in Vienna and Bea Interiors Design, reflects the Mediterranean influences of the surrounding area.

Each villa can accommodate up to seven people and has a modern living area suitable for both families and friends. A fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room provide comfort and coziness.
Breathtaking view of the islands of the Zadar archipelago
The modernly designed villas offer an unrestricted view of the picturesque islands of the Zadar archipelago in the crystal clear sea. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the 40 square meter heated pool is surrounded by its own garden for maximum privacy.
Personal Villa Host
Guests can enjoy the amenities of a hotel and even have a private villa host at their disposal. These include services such as babysitting, dog sitting and personal training, as well as rental services for cars, limousines, boats and sports equipment. The private host also takes care of customized excursions, transfers and special culinary experiences such as request dinners, floating brunches or spa treatments at the villa.
