Exclusive five-course dinner in a private setting

In an intimate atmosphere, the restaurant treats its guests to an exquisite menu that includes scallops with fruity orange, poultry consommé with truffle gyoza, salmon and roast herring tapas, fillet of beef with lobster and a heavenly red fruit jelly with white chocolate mousse and berry sago. The “Table with a View” is bookable on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and special events, with a price per person of 189 euros.

Culinary highlights at Fang & Feld Hamburg

The menu starts with scallops, fennel, orange and saffron, followed by an intense poultry consommé with truffle gyoza and beech mushrooms. Hamburg tapas, inspired by the view of the Elbe, are served with fried herring and salmon bread. The main course combines fillet of beef and lobster, accompanied by béarnaise sauce, potato cream, asparagus and shiso. The menu is rounded off with red fruit jelly, white chocolate mousse and berry sago. In case of bad weather, the cozy Private Dining Room is available for an unforgettable taste experience in an exclusive atmosphere.

The Table with a View is now available for booking for four to ten people from 5:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
