Einat Admony is not just any chef. She was included in Time Out New York magazine’s 2018 list of ten women who “make New York a better place”. And two years later, in 2020, she was awarded the “Rising Female Chef” award. Her culinary creations, particularly in the popular fast-casual falafel chain Taïm, have captured the palates of many New Yorkers and cemented her presence on US TV.
