Archestratus’ culinary legacy lives on
The philosophy of the Sani Gourmet Festival refers to the words of the ancient gourmet pioneer Archestratus: “A cook is no different from a poet.” In this spirit, five of the world’s best chefs compose masterful menus that are both sophisticated and accessible. The culinary feast is served in the inviting Elia and Water restaurants.

This year, Sani Gourmet shines with its most high-profile lineup of chefs yet. Under her influence, Sani Resort shines with the splendor of a total of twelve Michelin stars. The gourmet dinners, seven to nine courses each with wine accompaniment, guarantee an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
Stars of the festival
Hélène Darroze: 22 July
Hélène Darroze, holder of six Michelin stars, will open the festival on July 22 at Elia restaurant. It combines traditional French cuisine with creative innovation, using local products. Her dishes, served in renowned restaurants in London, Paris and Provence, reflect her unique personality.
Christian Le Squer: July 29
Christian Le Squer, who takes the reins at Restaurant Elia on July 29, brings his Breton charm and three Michelin stars to Sani Resort. With dishes reminiscent of his childhood and a dash of international inspiration, he delights foodies with his creative interpretations of French cuisine.
Stéphanie Le Quellec: 05 August
On August 5, Stéphanie Le Quellec, holder of two Michelin stars, will treat guests at the Water restaurant to her Southern French cuisine. She has made it her mission to make upscale gastronomy accessible and less intimidating without losing its magic, charm and elegance.
Javier Torres: August 12
On the final evening, Spanish chef Javier Torres will perform his magic at the Elia restaurant. With two Michelin stars and a strong passion for Catalan cuisine, he represents Spain’s culinary heritage.
Sani Gourmet Tickets
The Sani Gourmet Dinners begin at 8:30 pm each night. Tickets are available for 300€ per person. Enjoy unique culinary experiences and be enchanted by the mastery of the chefs under the Greek sun.
