The in-house gourmet restaurant El Rincón de Juan Carlos received its second star, while San Hô was awarded its first star. Brothers Juan Carlos and Jonathan Padrón create avant-garde dishes from regional ingredients at El Rincón.

San Hô, under the direction of Adrián Bosch and Eduardo Domínguez, delights with a blend of Peruvian-Japanese and Canarian influences, with an emphasis on Nikkei cuisine. Both chefs are among the best in Tenerife.

Barceló Hotel Group with the most Michelin stars in the Canary Islands

Thanks to these awards, Barceló Hotel Group now has a total of four Michelin stars, making it the hotel group with the most Michelin stars in the Canary Islands. Poemas by Hermanos Padrón at Santa Catalina, a Royal Hideaway Hotel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, defended its Michelin star, while La Finca at La Bobadilla, a Royal Hideaway Hotel in Granada, also earned a star. There, chef Pablo Gonzalez surprises with refined menu creations using local ingredients such as Riofrío caviar from Sierra de Loja.
