On 11 October, Elias, the coffee shop’s namesake and Head of Architecture at Almanac, and F&B Director Stepan Marhoul gave a deep insight into their ambitious project.

“The concept includes a menu and nutrition programme created in collaboration with nutrition experts,” says the visionary architect.

Each meal, be it a smoothie, wrap, salad or muffin, is designed to meet the needs of each day’s cycle.

“The vision of Elias is to make a healthy and balanced lifestyle palatable to the local community.” The quote from Elias underlines the passion and dedication with which this project is being pursued.
