Gourmet menu from Sven Elverfeld meets Franconian wine
Elverfeld has created a unique culinary menu for this special evening, perfectly matched to the modern wines from Stahl’s Franconian winery. Guests can look forward to two of Elverfeld’s most popular classics: the poached egg yolk with potato and Frankfurt green sauce, complemented with seasonal Lower Saxony asparagus, and the famous “Edition Ruinart Rosé” champagne cream sorbet.
Christian Stahl: A winemaker with tradition
Christian Stahl runs Winzerhof Stahl, a successful family business for over 200 years in the Franconian wine region, near Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Since 1984, the formerly agricultural business has developed into a pure winery, which today cultivates about 40 hectares of vineyards. Thanks to his commitment and success, Stahl has already been awarded Young Winemaker and Newcomer of the Year and later named Winemaker and Winery of the Year.
The winemaker dinner with Seven Elverfeld
During the vintner dinner in the Aqua restaurant, guests will have the opportunity to learn more about the history of viticulture in Franconia, Winzerhof Stahl and the wines specially selected for this evening from Christian Stahl himself.
The event begins at 6 p.m. and includes an unforgettable six-course menu, including an aperitif, wine accompaniment, water, coffee and digestif, at a price of 395 euros per person. It is an event that no gourmet should miss: an evening with Sven Elverfeld and Christian Stahl, two masters of their trade, in which they share their passion for fine cuisine and excellent wine.
