Zuma: Expansion of the restaurant empire in 2023

Zuma

Zuma, the renowned Japanese restaurant brand originating in London, is celebrating the relaunch of its seasonal summer concepts in Porto Cervo, Ibiza and Mykonos for 2023. Following successful launches in the previous year, the glittering jewel of the Italian island of Capri is now additionally being integrated into the collection.

The new Zuma Capri is positioned on the roof of the Capri Palace Jumeirah in the picturesque town of Anacapri. Guests will be treated to the signature menu and modern Izakaya cuisine while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Sorrento Peninsula and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Capri completes the trilogy of its Italian locations, with the restaurant in Rome and the concept in Porto Cervo, opening in 2022, already well received.

Zuma: Return to Porto Cervo

The Zuma Porto Cervo also welcomes guests once again to the sparkling marina of the Costa Smeralda in Sardinia. Costa Smeralda is a historic meeting place for high society dating back to the 1960s, and Zuma Restaurant has quickly established itself as a point of attraction, not least because of its prime location and spectacular views.

Zuma’s Greek adventure

In 2022, Zuma unveiled a new concept in the middle of the Greek Cyclades, offering guests an all-around Zuma experience from the dining table to the pool. The Mykonos restaurant promises an elegant interpretation of the Mykonos lifestyle, with vibrant nights, live DJs and a trendy infinity pool.

Comeback in Ibiza

The gastronomic scene in Ibiza has experienced a remarkable upswing in recent years. Here, the pop-up returns with marina views, DJs and award-winning izakaya cuisine – perfect for long, warm nights on the white island.
