A new culinary chapter begins
On 12 October 2023, TAERA Monte-Carlo will open its doors to showcase the uniqueness and sophistication of Venezuelan cuisine in the heart of Monaco. Under the talented guidance of Chef Victoria Vallenilla, a true master of her craft, this is not just a restaurant, but a sensory journey through culture, taste and art.
The food: A combination of tradition and innovation
Victoria Vallenilla has an impressive ability to present traditional Venezuelan dishes in innovative ways.
“Food is an emotional experience. I am far from home, I miss it. It’s a blessing to cook dishes that shaped my childhood,” says Vallenilla.
From the delicious “arepas” to refreshing ceviches and sweet delicacies like “arroz con leche” – every dish tells a story.
In the midst of culture and art
It’s not just the food that impresses at TAERA Monte-Carlo. The decoration reflects the richness of Venezuelan culture. The large wall fresco by South American artist Viviana Grondona adds a wonderful energy and unique character to this place. It is an ode to the homeland of the chef, who is involved in this project with heart and soul.
