The main focus was on the creativity and innovation of Moroccan youth. For the anniversary, the hotel also honours the job description of the porter, the bawab, who stands for unconditional hospitality. The anniversary macaron “Eternelle Mamounia” by Pierre Hermé is another sweet surprise awaiting the guests.
