The renovation process focused on the careful modernisation of the interior design, which was designed by the visionary architect Emil Fahrenkamp in 1926. A representative of New Objectivity and a pioneer in the art of modern design. The careful restoration of all historic elements was crucial, with Fahrenkamp’s unique design elements cast in a modern light.
The ambience: A firework display for the senses
Hamburgs kulinarisches Juwel, das GRILL im Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, erstrahlt wieder in neuem Glanz. The interplay of handmade Murano glass, rock crystals and precise lighting transforms the restaurant into a place that shines with a different glow at any time of day. As a special highlight, the new Martini Bar – inspired by Fahrenkamp’s original designs – presents itself as a relic of traditional aperitif culture.
