Château9 Dresden: Pleasure experience and wine culture

Château9 Dresden has evolved from a wine shop into a cozy place for sensory pleasures with a bar and lounge restaurant. Guests are offered not only fine cuisine, but also a selection of biodynamic and natural wines from Saxony and other exciting wine regions such as France, Italy, Austria and Spain.

Personal contact with winemakers

Restaurant manager and sommelier Alexander Stange attaches great importance to direct contact with winemakers such as Achim von Oetinger, who will be a guest at the Winemakers’ Evening at Château9 on April 28, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Von Oetinger is known for its innovative ideas and first-class wines.

Excellent 5-course menu for the winemaker evening

Chef Marc Kleeschätzky and his team create an outstanding 5-course menu that perfectly showcases the flavors of the Oetinger wines. A vegetarian option is available upon request. The price is 99 euros per person, including wines, water and espresso. Reservation is recommended.

Stylish ambience in the Château9

Château9 convinces with its appealing room concept designed by Julia Bornefeld. The central pleasure island with armchairs, small tables and an upholstered bench creates a feel-good atmosphere. Design lamps from Italy and the extraordinary wine decant table complete the ambience.
