The Hotel Deimann, a name that is no stranger to gourmets and lovers of exquisite cuisine, has once again reached a milestone. With the move from the Hofstube gourmet restaurant to the first floor of the main building, the already highly regarded establishment has surpassed itself.

Since autumn 2023, the Hofstube, under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Felix Weber, has been offering a gastronomic experience that represents a new level of fine dining, even for this renowned establishment.

A refuge of pleasure

Last year, Hotel Deimann was the first and only five-star superior hotel in the Sauerland region to receive a DEHOGA classification. But the Hofstube itself is a jewel in its own right. The Hofstube, with its sixth Michelin star in its pocket, continues its success story and proves once again that it is one of the greats of the gourmet world. In her new home at the Hotel Deimann, surrounded by an ambience that exudes elegance and taste, she has surpassed herself. Here, where every piece of furniture has been carefully selected and every decoration has been lovingly placed, you feel like you are in another world, not only in culinary terms but also in terms of atmosphere. It’s as if every corner of the room is whispering: “Welcome to the realm of the senses!”

A master at work

Felix Weber, the young star chef, is the heart of the Hofstube. In the open show kitchen, he and his team create an exquisite, seasonal six-course menu that focuses on the flavours of the region. Guests can watch as each dish is prepared with precision and passion. A special highlight is a separate room for up to 14 people, ideal for private wine tastings, celebrations or business lunches.

Innovation and further development

The relocation of the Hofstube was also an opportunity for technical innovations. A state-of-the-art professional kitchen and an improved infrastructure for wine storage enable Felix Weber and his team to take their creativity and skills to a new level. Guests can look forward to further refined flavour experiences that are a worthy continuation of the Hofstube’s heritage.

However, the Hotel Deimann has more to offer than just the Hofstube gourmet restaurant. The exclusive sunbathing and relaxation area Seeterrassen, ergonomic loungers and hanging swings from the Dedon brand, as well as a newly designed wellness area with panoramic saunas and outdoor infinity pool are just some of the highlights. The activity park with adventure golf course, tennis court and children’s playground offers entertainment for the whole family.
