The announcement that Frank Rosin will head up the future bar-restaurant KARO&PAUL by Frank Rosin at the REVERB by Hard Rock Hotel in Hamburg as gastronomic consultant marks a significant moment for the city. The countdown to the opening in April 2024 has begun and the RIMC Hotels & Resorts Group has landed a real coup with this partnership.

A new chapter in Hamburg’s catering industry

Frank Rosin is a name that carries weight in the world of German gastronomy. Growing up in a family with a passion for gastronomy, he took the bold step of opening his own restaurant in 1991. This laid the foundation for an impressive career. But it wasn’t just his cooking that attracted attention. Rosin entered the world of television in 2007 and quickly cooked his way into the hearts of viewers. Since then, it has been impossible to imagine the German TV landscape without him. Now Rosin is expanding his horizons and setting his culinary accents in Hamburg. KARO&PAUL by Frank Rosin extends over three levels of one of the four flak towers and offers a restaurant as well as a private dining area. Together with Executive Chef Patrick Weber, Rosin will create an international and authentic world of flavours.

Marek N. Riegger, CEO of the RIMC Hotels & Resorts Group, emphasises the innovative and future-oriented focus of the concept, which breaks with tradition. Rosin, known for its creativity and versatility, is seen as an ideal partner that not only enriches the catering trade in Hamburg, but also takes this extraordinary project to a new level. Rosin himself is enthusiastic about the opportunity to provide catering support for the BUNKER project. His love of Hamburg and the combination of cooking and music, two of his great passions, make the project a matter close to his heart.

The concept behind KARO&PAUL by Frank Rosin

KARO&PAUL by Frank Rosin is characterised by its multiculturalism and unconventionality. On the first level, the restaurant offers international fusion dishes, while the bar on level 00 impresses with live music and a varied selection of drinks. Rosin emphasises interaction with the guests and wants the kitchen staff to be able to contribute creatively. The free-flow service concept also emphasises the sustainability of the offering.
